Programme Outcomes

PO1 - An ability to independently carry out research /investigation and development work.

PO3 - Students should be able to demonstrate a degree of mastery over the area as per the specialization of the program. The mastery should be at a level higher than therequirements in the appropriate bachelor's program.

PO4 - Graduates will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in advanced pharmaceutical development, encompassing drug analysis, drug formulation, and evaluation of novel drug delivery systems.

M Pharm - Pharmacology

B Pharm

Programme Outcomes

PO1 - Possess knowledge and comprehension of the core and basic knowledge associated with the profession of pharmacy,including biomedical sciences; pharmaceutical sciences;behavioural, social, and administrative pharmacy sciences; and manufacturing practices.

PO2 - Demonstrate effective planning abilities including time management,resource management,delegation skills and organizational skills. Develop and implement plans and organize work to meet deadlines.

PO3 - Utilize the principles of scientific enquiry, thinking analytically, clearly and critically, while solving problems and making decisions during daily practice. Find, analyse, evaluateand apply information systematically and shall make defensible decisions.

PO4 - Learn, select, and apply appropriate methods and procedures, resources, and modern pharmacy-related computing tools with an understanding of the limitations.

PO5 - Understand and consider the human reaction to change, motivation issues,leadership and team-building when planning changes required for fulfilment of practice, professionaland societal responsibilities. Assume participatory roles as responsible citizens or leadership roles when appropriate to facilitate improvement in health and well- being.

PO6 - Understand, analyse and communicate the value of their professional roles in society (e.g. health care professionals, promoters of health, educators, managers, employers,employees).

Pharm D

Programme Outcomes

PO1 - Acquire and demonstrate a deep understanding of fundamental concepts in Pharmacotherapeutics, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacoepidemiology, Clinical Pharmacokinetics, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, as well as Behavioral, Social, and Administrative Pharmacy. Showcase advanced proficiency by designing and executing effective medication therapy management plans.

PO2 - Cultivate the capability to formulate and execute plans, proficiently organizing tasks to meet deadlines. Demonstrate adeptness in time management, resource allocation, delegation, and organizational skills. Exhibit competence in clinical decision-making by seamlessly integrating pharmaceutical knowledge with patient-specific factors to enhance healthcare outcomes.
